Wondra Quck-Mixing All purpose Flour 382g 13.5oz An all-purpose flour that mixes instantly in liquid. Granular in texture, it pours freely and is dust-free. Wondra flour can be substituted cup for cup in recipes calling for all-purpose flour. It is excellent for gravies, sauces and batters. Some doughs will look and feel different, but results will be the same. If dough seems dry at first, work with hands until dough holds together. American Food Store. London

Have not had a chance to use this as yet. If it is half as good as the bag of flour it should be great

This company knows a thing or two about customer service. There was a small problem with my order which was solved immediately in a friendly and professional manner. Wondra flour needs no endorsement, but this price is much cheaper than other sites.

Have only used this as a dusting on meat etc prior to cooking and it is great because it is so fine and doesn't stick together.
Will try it for sauces etc
